Thanks for your interest in my 5-week breath training program.
I’m a certified breathwork facilitator and writer. I’ve been running corporate workshops for L’Oreal and Google as well as 1:1 coaching with professionals, ranging from a physician to founder to investment banker.
Some details on my background and experience:
- Former 12-year advertising and online education career across New York, Singapore and London
- Writer and creator of Stretch, an online newsletter exploring nervous system regulation with a +2,700 readership.
- Certified Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing instructor.
- Breath science practitioner in training, as part of an accredited mentorship program with Respiratory and Sleep scientist Martin McPhilimey.
01 Program Goals
- Develop breath awareness + retrain day-to-day breathing patterns. We will dive into the mechanical and biochemical side of healthy, functional breathing that supports optimal physical and mental performance.
- Learn nervous system regulation skills to help with focus, resilience, and stress management. We will experiment with and incorporate different breathwork and body-based tools across different areas of your life—from work, to sleep, to relationships, to exercise.
- Figure out which exercises resonate most with you, and how to best incorporate them into your schedule. This includes figuring out your motivational system as well as your common pitfalls. The goal is to develop a simple “toolkit” of body-based practices, personalised to your unique circumstances.
- Instead of focusing on just “calm and relaxation”, we focus on resilience and nervous system health. We care about training the ability to ramp up quickly and feel a full range of emotions (including stress or anger when needed!) and then swiftly and efficiently let go or recover. It’s about developing the ability to pivot efficiently between different emotional states and to adapt flexibly to different stressors in your life.
- Understand the basic science of breathing and nervous system regulation, and how this knowledge can help you improve your life.
My ultimate goal is for breathwork to do for you what it has done for me:
Equip you with a sense of agency and control over your day-to-day experience—no matter what life throws at you. Through breath awareness and control, I have infused my life with vitality and resilience in a way few other practices can match. I deeply believe that through my program, breathwork can do the same for you.
02 Program Structure
- The first session will be a deep-dive into your needs, challenges and expectations. We will also go through a number of functional breathing assessments.
